Cassandra Costello serves as the voice of the visitor to San Francisco for San Francisco’s travel and tourism industry. Her role as Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Executive Programs is to create, direct, and implement public policy decisions and strategic priorities impacting the future of the City as a destination.
